If you are installing USB drivers: You do not need to download USB device class drivers. They are installed automatically. These drivers and their installation files are included in Windows. They are available in the Windows System32 DriverStore FileRepository folder. When I try to load the drivers, it does not recognize the device. When I plug in the device, instead of comping up as a COM port, it shows up as ’Other Device USB-Serial Controller’. I have completely restored Windows (re-formated hard drive, re-installed Windows), but none of the drivers I have found will work with Windows 7 (64-bit).Introduction
